i found the one quest in the desert but cant find the other can you plz help me.

Droknars Forge, and the Quest is best to start at Copperhammer Mines.

To be more specific, talk to Vanyi near the Xunlai Agents. She'll give you a quest to travel to Destiny's Gorge, Seeker's Passage, and Heroes' Audience. After you compete that, you'll get the 15 attribute quest only after you complete a quest from one of the ghosts in the desert that allows you to change secondary professions. Once you obtain the 15 att quest, just complete Ice Caves of Sorrow and you'll end up in Iron Mines. From Iron Mines, go west to Copperhammer Mines. Its easy to figure out the rest from there. Good luck.
